Working with workflows

A workflow makes the operational process visible and repeatable.

From a description to a flow

The agent helps draft a workflow from the job you describe. The flow records the steps and the information needed to carry them out.

Review and deploy

The agent checks the draft’s structure and decision routes. Your team reviews the process and a person approves it before it becomes live. These checks do not replace reviewing business results against your examples.

Schedules and pauses

A workflow can run on a schedule or be started when needed. When it reaches a required decision, it waits and can continue after the response.

Follow each run

Use the run’s status, outputs and recorded actions to understand what happened. If the process needs to change, review the updated workflow before using it.
