Leadership:
Levi Ioffe
Levi is founder and Head of Product at Boagent.
Levi spent nearly a decade building technology for financial services, with a track record of shipping innovative solutions on schedule. He has worked on market data products used by leading buy-side firms, with responsibilities ranging from quantitative research to data ops. Levi has consulted with regulated banks such as M&T and Lloyds. Levi studied Math and Politics at Wake Forest University and Statistics at MIT.
Denis Selin
Denis is a co-founder and leads engineering at Boagent.
He has more than 10 years of experience in financial technology, with dual focuses on processing complex FI loans and derivatives and maintaining back-office operations security and redundancy. Denis is an automation wizard, rising to IT Director in under 5 years at Alfa Bank. Denis has advised CIBC’s Chief Risk and Infrastructure Officer and led automation projects for their Center of Excellence. Denis studied Math at MEPhi.
Darra Beyzavi
Darra is a co-founder and leads growth at Boagent.
Darra has over a decade of business development, strategy, and go-to-market experience across enterprise Financial Services and startup fintech. Working across departments in risk, research, and FP&A at flagships such as JPM, AIG, and The Clearing House, he’s built a deep understanding of the industry’s challenges and the solutions they require. Darra studied Finance at Hofstra University and holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Ian Hurst
Ian Hurst is currently the Head of Europe at Lukka. Ian was the former General Manager of IBM’s Global Financial Services organization, where he was responsible for IBM’s overall relationship with major financial services firms around the globe. Ian was also a partner with McKinsey & Company, where he served and advised many leading investment and retail banks on strategy, operations, and technology related issues. Since his time at McKinsey, Ian has been recognized as an industry leader in driving Financial Institution’s adoption of new technology.
Scott Murray
Scott Murray is a veteran financial services technology executive. Scott was CTO at Northern Trust where he managed global IT and oversaw $700M in global IT spend. Prior to Northern Trust, Murray was the Global Chief Information Officer for Treasury Services at JP Morgan, where he led the technology merger of JP Morgan and Bank One’s treasury/cash management businesses. He has also served as Chief Technology Officer for Capital Markets at Bank One and a senior technology manager at Deutsche Bank and Scudder Kemper Asset Management.

Gena Ioffe
Gena is a seasoned technology leader and executive with over 35 years of experience in options data. Gena was one of the pioneers of big data and data automation, starting to automate options market data collection in 1997. Gena started IVolatility in 2000, growing the firm into a leading market data vendor, where he continues to serve as CEO. Gena is also founder of EGAR Technology Inc. where he pioneered OMS and Risk Limiting systems and continued to serve as Director until his divestment in 2022. Gena is the lead investor and advises Boagent on technology and operations.
David Krell
David founded and served as CEO and later Chairman of the International Securities Exchange LLC (ISE), now the NASDAQ ISE LLC, overseeing its merger with Deutsche Borse. David has also served as Director at International Federation of Technical Analysts, President of the CMT Association and Director on the Board of The Options Clearing Corporation. David has been a professor at the Rutgers University Graduate School of Management and at the Graduate School of Baruch College. David was awarded the Joseph W. Sullivan Option Industry Achievement Award in 2008.
Simon Vine
Simon Vine is a seasoned investor, banking executive, and technology strategist. Aside from serving on the board of Boagent, Simon is the Board Chairman of Quanergy Solutions, investor at Yesod Capital, and advisor to multiple startups. Simon is the former Head of Investment Banking at Alfa Bank where he specialized in crisis management, trading, structuring, and new business development. Simon has written multiple books on options, risk management, and proprietary trading. Simon is an expert in AI and NLP growth in financial services, advising Accern into its acquisition by WandAI.
