Do you provide financial services?
No, neither DG Global Inc., nor Boagent, provide financial services in any jurisdiction. Please do not submit any inquiries to us that are related to your or your organization’s financial service needs. We exclusively provide software and software services, mostly to, but not exclusively to, Financial Service providers.
Where is my data stored?
Data collected on our website is stored securely within the United States. Platform data storage depends on individual agreements with clients. Trial data (Try) is stored at our Illinois-based colo center, which holds ISO 27001 and SOC2 certificates.
What is the relationship between Boagent and DG Global Inc.
DG Global Inc. develops, markets, and distributes the Boagent website, platform, and all related software services.
Do you serve clients globally?
We maintain 24/7 support with globally located offices and serve clients globally. For countries which require software vendors to maintain legal entities within their borders, we are able to provide services on a case-by-case basis. We do not disclose the specific list of countries where we maintain local legal entities and support staff.
Who funds your startup?
We are funded by our revenues and angel investment. At the time of writing, we have not accepted Venture Capital funding.
